Internship may be paid and unpaid but in our condition, being a nonprofit organization, we don’t pay our interns. In fact, we charge our intern to work in our community site. Our sources of revenue are international volunteers and interns. We charge them according to the nature of work they want to do and time duration they want to spend in our community. But we don’t charge any penny to our local volunteers and interns.   VIN designs its internship projects with an objective to give practical knowledge about the working environment to the fresh graduate and new comers of job market. VIN mission is to empower marginalized community of Nepal through enhanced education, women empowerment, public health and children development.
